Contact Tracing
This is a booked event. Each participant purchases a term plan and attend at the same time each week. The director records who attends each week and stores that data.

Social distancing be enforced
Each family group will be situated at least 1.5m apart when gathering. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available during every event.

Participant Numbers Controlled
This is a booked event. Numbers will be limited to 30 participants (including staff).
​
Limited use of equipment
All participants are required to bring their own instruments, there is little to no sharing of instruments.
​
Equipment Sanitised after use
Any equipment that is used or shared is sanitized after use.
These procedures will be regularly reviewed, in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety QLD.

This is a booked event, all OSCH participants will be recorded by the centre.

Social Distancing Enforced
During activities, social distancing will be enforced and activities adapted to adhere to social distancing rules.

Equipment Sanitised after use
Any equipment that is used is sanitized before and after each show, microphones will be wiped down between uses. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer will be available for use during every show.
These procedures will be regularly reviewed, in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety QLD.

Event: Weekly Children’s Choir Rehearsals
Time: Every Thursday evening during the school term, from 6:30 pm - 8 pm (Staff may be on site from 6 pm - 8:30 pm to set up / pack away).

Contact Tracing
This is a booked event. Each participant will purchase a term plan and attend at the same time each week. The director will mark the roll at the beginning of each class and will forward this information on to the Ripley Town Centre Events Manager.

Social distancing be enforced
Chairs for choristers will be placed 1.5m apart and children can only sit in their designated place. Because of the nature of choirs, it is likely that these places will remain throughout the term.
Staff will not have to physically interact with any students, so social distancing can be observed.

Participant Numbers Controlled
This is a booked event. Numbers will be limited to 50 participants (including Director and Accompanist). Parents will drop their children off but will not be permitted to enter the site without recording their details.

Limited use of equipment
Due to the nature of choirs, there is little to no equipment being used. Each child will have their own choir folder (supplied by The Rainbow Music School) and they will bring it with them every week.
​
Equipment Sanitised after use
Any equipment that is used (chairs or percussion instruments) will be sanitized after every use by the Director.
These procedures will be regularly reviewed, in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety QLD and with Ripley Town Centre Management.
